The fifth maintenance release of XCSoar 6.8 fixes various bugs:

• fix crash on malformed NMEA time stamp
• add option to disable external wind
• improve Bluetooth LE compatibility
• reduce ghosting on old Kobo models
• update circling percentage only when flying
• fix circling height gain calculation
